Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the reliability, performance and resilience of global platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Linux, Kubernetes, microservices and networking.
- Monitor and improve platform performance, observability and stability.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Automate operational processes using tools such as Python, Bash or Ansible.
- Support CI/CD and automated deployments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure reliable and scalable services.
- Contribute to improving troubleshooting practices and operational readiness.
Required skills:
- Strong experience with Linux and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience in high-availability, large-scale or network-centric environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps and production deployments.
- Scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, Ansible or similar.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Advantages:
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as BGP, IS-IS or MPLS.
- Experience with telemetry, tracing and end-to-end service visibility.
- Experience with resilience, disaster recovery or high-availability testing.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
