Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and helping build reliable IT operations?
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a newly forming internal IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team and play an active role in bringing key infrastructure capabilities in-house.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure across data centers and remote locations
  • Ensure stable, secure and efficient operation of infrastructure services
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and actively contribute to incident and problem management
  • Implement and improve infrastructure solutions together with internal teams, external service providers and international colleagues
  • Support and continuously improve IT security measures and processes
  • Maintain technical documentation, IT asset information and the internal knowledge base
  • Develop, document and test Disaster Recovery Plans within your area of responsibility
  • Participate in infrastructure projects and occasionally take ownership of smaller projects
  • Support and mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, processes and performance

Required skills:

You have 5+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience and strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following areas:
  • Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, Next-Generation Firewalls, SD-WAN, NAC
  • Server infrastructure: Windows and/or Linux servers, hardware, backup and recovery
  • Microsoft environment: Active Directory, Entra ID and infrastructure monitoring solutions
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure services and Windows 365
  • Databases: Microsoft SQL Server

In addition, you bring:
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with IT operations, incident, request and change management processes
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, vendors and service providers
  • Confidence working in an international, multi-location environment
  • Fluent English
  • Relevant IT education or equivalent professional experience
