We are looking for an experienced FP&O Specialist to support financial planning across international markets. This is a newly created role within a new organisation, with a strong focus on planning, forecasting, standardisation and transformation.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning and forecasting processes for assigned markets and regions.
- Support the implementation of rolling forecasting and improve existing planning cycles.
- Partner with stakeholders across markets to understand business needs and resolve planning issues.
- Drive standardisation and harmonisation of FP&O processes and systems across markets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements and greater operational efficiency.
- Contribute to FP&O transformation and cross-functional projects.
Required skills:
- 3–4 years of relevant FP&A / financial planning experience
- Strong experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with FP&A process improvement, standardisation or transformation is an advantage.
- Experience working in an international or multi-market environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A flexible, adaptable mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
