We are looking for an approachable and people-focused HR Operations Team Lead to join our client's HR Operations team. You will manage a well-established team of HR Specialists supporting employees across Germany, ensuring the delivery of high-quality first-line HR support while partnering with business leaders and key HR stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader who is passionate about developing others, creating a positive team environment, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic HR Shared Services organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Specialists.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. 
  • Provide guidance and support in resolving complex HR cases and escalations. 
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality first-line HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. 
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and other key internal stakeholders. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across Germany. 
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement. 
  • Monitor team performance, workload, and service quality while supporting the professional development of team members. 
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. 
  • Lead the team through organizational changes and transformation initiatives while maintaining engagement and motivation.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
  • Fluent German (C1–C2) and confident communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience within HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Employee Services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Coaching mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
