Main responsibilities:


  • Define and lead the architecture strategy for core business systems and service operations platforms.
  • Design API-first integration solutions and modern event-driven architectures.
  • Drive the modernisation of legacy systems while ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaborate with Data & AI teams to enable automation and data-driven decision making.
  • Establish architecture governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Mentor Business Systems Architects and provide technical leadership across the organisation.
  • Work closely with engineering, product and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.

Required skills:

  • Enterprise and Business Systems Architecture
  • API-first architecture and systems integration
  • Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Hands-on experience with business systems integration
  • Cloud-native architecture principles
  • Enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise, Solution or Business Systems Architect within telecommunications or another complex B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale business systems transformation and legacy modernisation programmes.
  • Strong experience designing API-first integration architectures and distributed enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with business-critical platforms including Sales, Service, Billing, Inventory and Lead-to-Cash solutions.
  • Ability to lead architectural decision-making and influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Previous experience building and mentoring architecture teams.
  • Experience working in Agile and product-oriented environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
