Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate road shipments across Europe.
- Track deliveries and keep shipments on schedule.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses and production sites.
- Handle delivery issues and find quick solutions when problems arise.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and other internal teams.
- Update shipment information in SAP.
- Make sure deliveries arrive on time, and customers receive the best possible service.
Required skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation (Customer Service / Service Desk experience is also welcome).
- Fluent German and English – you'll use both languages on a daily basis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
