We are looking for a Finance Technology & Automation Expert to join a growing international team where finance meets technology. In this role, you will improve finance processes through system enhancements, automation, and digital solutions while working closely with both finance and IT stakeholders.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, exploring new technologies, and finding smarter ways to streamline financial operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Support and enhance finance systems and business applications
- Translate business needs into practical system improvements and automation solutions
- Investigate system issues and coordinate effective resolutions
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments
- Develop reports, workflows, and automation using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, VBA, or similar technologies
- Prepare documentation, support end users, and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency through technology
Required skills:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in finance systems, finance operations, or process improvement within an international environment
- Experience with ERP or finance platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Salesforce)
- Hands-on experience with automation or low-code tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
