Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the global sales compensation strategy for an international sales organization.
  • Design, develop and continuously improve global sales incentive and pay plan frameworks aligned with business strategy. 
  • Translate commercial strategy into effective sales compensation programs that drive business growth. 
  • Partner with senior HR, Commercial Finance, GTM and Sales leaders to shape compensation policies and governance. 
  • Drive the annual pay plan design process, introducing innovative and market-leading compensation approaches. 
  • Define sales productivity metrics, target-setting methodologies and performance measurement frameworks. 
  • Ensure consistency of compensation principles across regions, channels and business units. 
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of global incentive programs and bonus calculations. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, systems and compensation effectiveness through data-driven insights. 
  • Lead, coach and develop an international team of 12 professionals located across Europe, the US and India.

Required skills:

  • Extensive experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy or Sales Compensation.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing complex sales compensation and incentive programs. 
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of GTM models and international sales organizations. 
  • Experience leading international, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. 
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with executive-level exposure. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience making data-driven business decisions. 
  • Experience in business transformation, process improvement or sales effectiveness initiatives. 
  • Fluent English communication skills. 
  • University degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
