This is a unique opportunity to build scalable operations, standardize processes, drive automation, and lead a high-performing team supporting a global manufacturing business.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the SSC Accounting function and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Build, optimize, and standardize accounting operations across EMEA.
- Own month-end, statutory reporting, tax, VAT, AP, AR, GL, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and strong internal controls.
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing, large-scale accounting team.
- Partner with regional finance teams, auditors, and key stakeholders.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA is an advantage).
- 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading Accounting in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience in managing transitions of accounting processes into a Shared Services Centre.
- Strong track record in finance transformation, process improvement, automation, and change management.
- Solid ERP knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
