As a Lead Product Designer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end user experience of a complex enterprise platform, transforming technical workflows into intuitive, customer-centric products. This is a senior, hands-on role with significant influence on product direction, design quality, and the evolution of the design practice across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  •  Define the design vision and user experience strategy for the NaaS platform
  •  Design intuitive end-to-end user journeys for complex enterprise products 
  •  Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs 
  •  Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Service Designers 
  •  Lead design workshops and drive innovation through rapid prototyping 
  •  Champion user-centred, research-driven design decisions 
  •  Contribute to and evolve the design system and design operations 
  •  Mentor designers and help raise the overall quality of design across the team

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product, UX, or Interaction Design
  •  Strong background designing enterprise, cloud, networking, SaaS, or platform products 
  •  Expertise in customer experience and user experience design 
  •  Advanced Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping 
  •  Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design 
  •  Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior decision-makers 
  •  A creative mindset with a passion for solving complex user problems 

Advantages:
