As a Lead Product Designer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end user experience of a complex enterprise platform, transforming technical workflows into intuitive, customer-centric products. This is a senior, hands-on role with significant influence on product direction, design quality, and the evolution of the design practice across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Define the design vision and user experience strategy for the NaaS platform
- Design intuitive end-to-end user journeys for complex enterprise products
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Service Designers
- Lead design workshops and drive innovation through rapid prototyping
- Champion user-centred, research-driven design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve the design system and design operations
- Mentor designers and help raise the overall quality of design across the team
Required skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Product, UX, or Interaction Design
- Strong background designing enterprise, cloud, networking, SaaS, or platform products
- Expertise in customer experience and user experience design
- Advanced Figma skills, including design systems and prototyping
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- A creative mindset with a passion for solving complex user problems
