Main responsibilities:
- Write, edit, proofread, and refine business proposals in English.
- Format and produce high-quality proposal documents with a professional and consistent look.
- Ensure all documents comply with corporate branding and style guidelines.
- Review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, and tone.
- Create and maintain complex documents, including tables of contents, cross-references, footnotes, and section formatting.
- Select, edit, and incorporate visual elements that enhance the overall presentation of proposals.
- Collaborate closely with proposal, sales, and business teams to develop compelling customer-focused submissions.
Required skills:
- Native or near-native-level English proficiency.
- Expert level in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong document formatting and desktop publishing expertise.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication principles.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation and editing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
