Main responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 IT support (hardware, software, and network challenges) for Dutch-speaking B2B clients.
  • Handle incoming support requests across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and web-based platforms in Dutch.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure complex issues are addressed efficiently. 

Required skills:

  • Prior work experience in the field of IT support/helpdesk.
  • Strong Dutch language skills and a good command of English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. 

Advantages:

  •  Level 2 IT support experience is an advantage, but if you have several years of Level 1 IT support experience and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
