Main responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network challenges.
  • Handle incoming support requests across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and web-based platforms in Dutch.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure complex issues are addressed efficiently. 

Required skills:

  • Prior work experience in IT support/helpdesk or in roles involving direct customer interaction, such as customer service, hospitality, or administration.
  • Strong Dutch language skills and a good command of English.
  • Interest in technology and a willingness to develop technical knowledge. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. 

Advantages:

  • Relevant work experience in IT support is a benefit, but not a must-have, as technical, client-specific training will be provided!
