Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Handle incoming support requests across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and web-based platforms in Dutch.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure complex issues are addressed efficiently.
Required skills:
- Prior work experience in IT support/helpdesk or in roles involving direct customer interaction, such as customer service, hospitality, or administration.
- Strong Dutch language skills and a good command of English.
- Interest in technology and a willingness to develop technical knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Advantages:
- Relevant work experience in IT support is a benefit, but not a must-have, as technical, client-specific training will be provided!
