Our international partner is a leading global technology organization delivering connectivity, digital, cloud, and managed services solutions to enterprise customers worldwide. As part of their continued transformation, they are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to lead a global pricing function and shape the future of commercial excellence.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop an international Pricing team of approximately 10 professionals across multiple locations.
  • Define and enhance pricing strategies, costing methodologies, and commercial models for complex B2B service offerings.
  • Support Sales teams on strategic, multi-country opportunities by developing competitive and profitable pricing solutions.
  • Build and maintain financial models for subscription, usage-based, and managed service offerings.
  • Drive the evolution of pricing tools and CPQ capabilities, helping move towards more scalable and automated solutions.
  • Establish pricing governance, standards, and best practices across international markets.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to support commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to continuously improve pricing strategies.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience leading Pricing, Commercial Finance, or Commercial Excellence teams within an international organization.
  • Strong background in B2B services, ideally within telecommunications, technology, cloud, enterprise IT, managed services, or SaaS.
  • Solid experience in pricing strategy, commercial modelling, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Experience supporting complex commercial deals and collaborating with Sales organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Experience with CPQ solutions and pricing systems is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
