
We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Support Specialist with intermediate Danish language skills to provide customer support when remote solutions are not possible and ensure smooth coordination with field technicians.
Main responsibilities:
- Managed escalated customer cases requiring field support
- Coordinated field technicians’ schedules, assignments, and customer visits
- Communicated with customers regarding service appointments and updates
- Ensured proper documentation and quality of field interventions
- Collaborated with Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues
- Supported Level 1 customer service activities when needed
Required skills:
- Proficient in English and Danish
- Customer service or field coordination experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CRM/service management experience is a plus
