Main responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract professionals
- Allocate workload and oversee daily team operations and governance activities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and execution support
- Act as the main escalation point for complex contractual issues and stakeholder queries
- Collaborate with legal, commercial, sales, and operational teams on complex opportunities
- Drive governance, compliance, risk management, and process excellence across the team
- Review and improve contract templates, processes, and best practices
- Support strategic projects, product launches, and business initiatives
- Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery
Required skills:
- Previous people management or team leadership experience
- Strong background in contract management, commercial operations, or bid management
- Experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of governance and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
- Fluent English communication skills
