Main responsibilities:
- Validate commercial contract details and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Review contract terms, approvals, variations, and supporting documentation
- Perform company and customer data checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and issue contract documents and support execution processes
- Identify errors, gaps, and inconsistencies and coordinate necessary corrections
- Manage contract-related requests, track progress, and ensure timely completion
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract processes, governance, and requirements
- Support continuous improvement of contract templates and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk management, and audit requirements
Required skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in contract management, contract operations, or a similar field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English communication skills
