Main responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities related to the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle
- Process and maintain customer orders, including updates and changes
- Support quote-to-order activities, contract-related processes, and pricing validation
- Ensure accurate customer master data and payment term management
- Coordinate stock availability, batch allocation, and order confirmations
- Handle invoicing issues and support credit-related requests
- Act as a key contact point for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order lifecycle
- Manage complaints, exceptions, and operational challenges efficiently
- Monitor service levels, prepare reports, and escalate deviations when needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
Required skills:
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal professional experience
- Fluent English and Italian language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Salesforce, or similar digital tools
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in process improvement and digital solutions
Advantages:
- Experience with OTC processes is an advantage
- Experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Management
- FMCG or supply chain experience is an advantage
