Our partner, a multinational organization, is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join its global controlling team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial and commercial insights to support regional and business unit decision-making and to improve overall commercial performance.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop insights into commercial performance across business units and regions, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities
  • Deliver advanced analyses on Gross-to-Net, Sales & Marketing spend and profitability from a cross-regional perspective
  • Translate complex data into clear, structured insights and business-focused narratives
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic decision-making activities
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting frameworks and tools
  • Drive automation, standardization and efficiency in reporting and analytics processes
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global finance and controlling teams to ensure consistency of insights

Required skills:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analytics in a multinational environment
  • Strong experience in Gross-to-Net, Sales & Marketing and profitability analysis
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Anaplan or Power BI is an advantage
  • Fluent English; Hungarian is an advantage
