Our partner, an international organization, is looking for a finance professional to join its regional commercial controlling team. The role contributes to planning, performance analysis and commercial decision support across multiple markets in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles across a portfolio of countries, including consolidation of market inputs
- Monitor commercial performance and prepare variance analysis and management commentary
- Support regional business partnering activities in collaboration with local finance teams
- Coordinate affiliate inputs and ensure alignment with group standards, timelines and reporting requirements
- Contribute to analysis of commercial costs and key operational spend areas
- Support reporting, planning and controlling process improvements, including data quality and efficiency initiatives
- Assist in the development of reporting tools and systems
- Prepare input for management reporting and decision-making materials
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or controlling roles
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Solid understanding of planning and reporting processes
- Fluent English and Hungarian
