
Our partner, an international manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead its Production Controlling team. In this role, the successful candidate will manage a team of controlling professionals while partnering with operations to drive financial performance and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Production Controlling team
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis for manufacturing operations
- Partner with production, supply chain and quality teams to support business decisions
- Ensure consistent controlling processes and financial governance across international sites
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning and controlling processes
- Support finance transformation and system implementation projects
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
Required skills:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing finance or controlling
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, operations controlling and SAP
- Experience working in a multinational, multi-site environment
- Fluent English and Hungarian
