Main responsibilities:
- Create, format, and enhance high-quality business proposals, presentations, and customer-facing documents
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, visual standards, and compliance requirements
- Manage complex document layouts, including tables of contents, cross-references, indexes, and large-format content
- Collaborate with bid teams and stakeholders to transform ideas and technical content into visually engaging materials
- Apply advanced document formatting, typography, and visual storytelling principles to improve readability and impact
- Support the creation and maintenance of branded templates and document assets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality expectations
- Leverage design tools and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted content and design solutions, to improve efficiency and output quality
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in document formatting, desktop publishing, graphic design, proposal production, or a similar role
- Expert level: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Immediate productivity with reduced risk, management overhead and training cost
- Superior quality and compliance, including forensic compliance against customer bid requirements
- Self-sufficient end-to-end execution and proactive problem solving
- Ability to make the complex simple: brand principles, translation of rough ideas, technical drawings and formatting for impact
- Efficiency, speed and accuracy: right-first-time outputs, low error rate and time management under bid deadlines
