Main responsibilities:

  • Lead complex bids and commercial proposals from qualification through submission
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and commercial model
  • Manage risks, governance requirements, and bid delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with solution, legal, finance, and sales teams to create winning proposals
  • Support contract negotiations and stakeholder engagement throughout the sales cycle
  • Mentor team members and contribute to continuous process improvement


Required skills:

  • 2+ years of Bid Management, Proposal Management, or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Working hour: 2pm to 10 pm
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technology, telecommunications, or professional services industry experience is an advantage
