Join a global manufacturing finance team and play a key role in shaping product costing and operational performance across multiple international production sites.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive and support standard costing and product costing processes across manufacturing sites in Russia, Poland, and Romania.
- Analyze product costs, COGS, cost variances, and manufacturing performance.
- Challenge and support local Finance and Costing teams to ensure accurate and consistent costing practices.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Support costing standardization initiatives, system developments, and SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and share best practices across the Group.
Required skills:
- 7–10 years of experience in Manufacturing Controlling, Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Industrial Finance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and product costing.
- Hands-on experience with concepts such as:
- Standard times
- Production capacity
- Machine hours
- Labor hours
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and business partnering skills.
- English proficiency suitable for working in an international environment.
