Main responsibilities:

  •  Help users solve everyday IT issues and provide excellent customer support.
  •  Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network challenges.
  •  Handle incoming support requests across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and web-based platforms. 
  •  Work closely with other IT teams to ensure complex issues are addressed efficiently. 

Required skills:

  • Prior work in IT support/helpdesk or in roles involving direct customer interaction, such as customer service, hospitality, adminstration.
  • Strong German language skills and a good command of English.
  • Interest in technology and a willingness to develop technical knowledge. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
