
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our fintech client’s growing team in Budapest, where you will play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategy aligned with business goals.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage performance review processes and support talent development programs.
- Monitor workforce planning and organizational development needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services
Required skills:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Proven knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Professional HR certification is considered an advantage
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills in an international environment.
