We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing SSC offering a supportive international team environment, clear career development opportunities, and comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and general questions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Document issues and solutions in our system
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Work with other teams to resolve complex cases
  • Handle email and portal inquiries in a timely, helpful manner

Required skills:

  • At least 1 year of customer support or help desk experience (senior candidates are also welcome) 
  •  Experience troubleshooting customer issues 
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Experience using ticketing or CRM systems 
  •  Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously 
  •  Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills 
  •  Fluent in Dutch and English
