Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and general questions
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Document issues and solutions in our system
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Work with other teams to resolve complex cases
- Handle email and portal inquiries in a timely, helpful manner
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of customer support or help desk experience (senior candidates are also welcome)
- Experience troubleshooting customer issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ticketing or CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
- Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
