
This is a key position within a growing Shared Service Center environment where you will play a central role in process transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute directly to building efficient, scalable finance operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 7–8 FTE
- Oversee end-to-end payment processes (DE, AT, CH entities)
- Ensure SLA, compliance, and process quality
- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Manage capacity planning and daily operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units
- Support audits, reporting, and KPI management
- Maintain and improve SOPs and process documentation
- Lead regular operational calls and business reviews
Required skills:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent (professional accounting qualification is a strong advantage)
- 3–5+ years of experience in AP, Treasury, or other accounting-related roles
- People management experience, or proven experience coordinating teams
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Experience with SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major ERP systems
- Strong motivation and experience in process improvement initiatives
Advantages:
- Experience in SSC environments is highly advantageous
- Exposure to transition projects is a plus
- Additional accounting experience is beneficial
