Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to corporate clients in their daily banking activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate internal documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support clients in adopting digital solutions.

Required skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a complex customer service environment.
- Banking industry experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong command of English and German (advanced level).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
