
We are looking for a motivated, proactive person to join a growing company as a Swedish-speaking CSR Agent and become part of a fantastic team. What you need is at least 1 year of relevant experience and fluency in both Swedish and English.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and general questions
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Document issues and solutions in our system
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services
- Work with other teams to resolve complex cases
- Handle email and portal inquiries in a timely, helpful manner
Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant internships.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A calm, customer-first mindset
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Advanced level of English and Swedish OR Norwegian, both written and spoken
