Main responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 IT issues while aiming for first-contact resolution. 
  • Manage incident and service request tickets across phone, email, chat, and web channels.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues (technical training is provided).
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication and timely updates throughout the resolution process.
  • Escalate complex incidents to appropriate support teams while ensuring seamless handover and follow-up.

Required skills:

  • Relevant IT support/customer service experience is strongly appreciated, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
  • Intermediate English and advanced German language skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and general technical aptitude
  • Outstanding communication skills
