Join an international team supporting payroll and employee benefits operations across multiple countries. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR/payroll professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and delivering excellent employee support in a dynamic environment. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end payroll and benefits administration across the region 
  • Process payroll-related inputs including leave payments and time & attendance data 
  • Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with local regulations and internal policies 
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers 
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, tax-related submissions, and invoicing 
  • Manage payroll-related payments to authorities, pension providers, and benefits partners 
  • Handle employee queries related to pay and benefits with a strong service mindset 
  • Identify operational issues, support root cause analysis, and contribute to process improvements 
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data protection 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations

Required skills:

  • 3+ years experience in payroll, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset 
  • English proficiency

Advantages:
