Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, supporting their daily banking needs.
- Ensure efficient handling of client queries and continuously improve operational processes.
- Report key issues and achievements to management and update internal reporting systems.
- Support transformation initiatives and contribute to the implementation of servicing models.
- Provide basic technical support for e-banking tools and cash management products.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in client management.
- Proficient in both English and German languages.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a client-focused mindset.
- Experience in finance or banking is a plus.
