We are looking for a Client Solutions Specialist (Cash Management) to join a internationally operating company.

Main responsibilities:

  •  Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, supporting their daily banking needs.
  •  Ensure efficient handling of client queries and continuously improve operational processes.
  •  Report key issues and achievements to management and update internal reporting systems.
  •  Support transformation initiatives and contribute to the implementation of servicing models.
  •  Provide basic technical support for e-banking tools and cash management products.

Required skills:

  •  Proven experience in client management.
  •  Proficient in both English and German languages.
  •  Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a client-focused mindset.
  •  Experience in finance or banking is a plus.
