Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the regional payroll and Time & Attendance landscape across the EME region
  • Ensure full compliance with local legislation while driving standardization, scalability, and operational excellence 
  • Design and implement integrated payroll and T&A solutions in collaboration with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and lead payroll-related transformation initiatives 
  • Manage payroll teams and external vendors, including performance monitoring and SLA management 
  • Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX-compliant processes and documentation
  • Drive data-based decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and process optimization 

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years of payroll experience in a multinational environment 
  •  Strong leadership experience in payroll operations, ideally across the EME region 
  •  In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and process management 
  •  Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems, along with advanced Excel skills 
  •  Proven track record in managing international projects and virtual teams 
  •  Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex payroll challenges 
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
