Main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the regional payroll and Time & Attendance landscape across the EME region
- Ensure full compliance with local legislation while driving standardization, scalability, and operational excellence
- Design and implement integrated payroll and T&A solutions in collaboration with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and lead payroll-related transformation initiatives
- Manage payroll teams and external vendors, including performance monitoring and SLA management
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX-compliant processes and documentation
- Drive data-based decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and process optimization
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of payroll experience in a multinational environment
- Strong leadership experience in payroll operations, ideally across the EME region
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and process management
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems, along with advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record in managing international projects and virtual teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex payroll challenges
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
