We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage and oversee projects from planning to completion. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor the process, ensuring that products are ready, teams are aligned, and projects are delivered on time. While the physical product is handled locally, you will be responsible for the overall project execution, stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Main responsibilities:
Project Planning
- Develop detailed project plans for new customer installations, including timelines, resources, and milestones
- Define project requirements and coordinate with internal teams and local partners
Project Coordination
- Ensure products are available and installation schedules are met
- Coordinate local teams and suppliers to guarantee smooth execution
- Monitor progress and proactively address issues to prevent delays
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide updates on project status and address any concerns promptly
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of project plans, timelines, changes, and outcomes
- Provide regular reports to management and internal teams
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
