Main responsibilities:

  • Order Management (in SAP): Handle the full order lifecycle, ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing, and seamless fulfilment.
  • Customer Support: Provide professional assistance to clients mainly via email in English and any other European language.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor order status throughout the process, communicate updates, and address potential delays proactively.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to support sales activities, improve customer retention, and enhance account satisfaction.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Work with production, logistics, finance, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales /  Sales Support / B2B Customer Service positions or a related commercial role in an international working environment
  • Working proficiency in English 
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Proactive, eager to learn mindset
  • Ability to work independently while actively collaborating with internal teams
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills

Advantages:

  • Spanish /  Italian / French  or German language knowledge at least at an intermediate level is highly appreciated
  • Work experience in SAP is a nice-to-have
