We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join a vibrant, international agri-tech team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle dealer inquiries received in a timely manner through Salesforce,  serving as a liaison to internal departments for service requests. 
  • Monitor orders, manage stock, and address urgent operational issues.
  • Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and sales teams to resolve shipping issues, returns, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate dealer records, update orders, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support peak periods and seasonal programs to maintain excellent service levels.

Required skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in order management.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or OASIS is a plus!
