
We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join a vibrant, international agri-tech team.

Main responsibilities:
- Handle dealer inquiries received in a timely manner through Salesforce, serving as a liaison to internal departments for service requests.
- Monitor orders, manage stock, and address urgent operational issues.
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and sales teams to resolve shipping issues, returns, and claims.
- Maintain accurate dealer records, update orders, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support peak periods and seasonal programs to maintain excellent service levels.
Required skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in order management.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or OASIS is a plus!
