
We’re looking for an Italian- and English-speaking Order Fulfillment Specialist to join an international agri-tech team.
Main responsibilities:
- Track and manage orders, monitor stock levels, and take initiative in resolving urgent operational challenges.
- Serve as a key point of contact between partners and internal teams, facilitating efficient resolution of service requests.
- Keep dealer data accurate and up to date, process order changes, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with logistics, shipping, and sales teams regarding delivery issues, returns, and claims.
Required skills:
- Previous experience (2–3 years) in order management or a related operational role.
- Confident communication skills in both Italian and English.
- A well-organized, detail-oriented professional with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce or OASIS is considered a strong plus.
