We are currently seeking a Polish and English-speaking Order Management Specialist to join a dynamic, international Shared Service environment in Budapest. This role offers the opportunity to support a broad dealer network, manage end-to-end order processes, and collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, and Finance teams.

Main responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end order management support to partners
- Monitor and follow up on back-orders, ensure proper stock allocation
- Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with Logistics and Shipping to resolve freight issues, support the returns and claims process and supplier invoicing
- Ensure continuous compliance with internal policies, controls, and service standards
Required skills:
- Relevant work experience in order management / logistics / supply chain / B2B commercial support
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Confident communication and organizational skills
- Open for occasional travelling within Europe (for training purposes)
Advantages:
- Experience in using Oasis / SAP / Salesforce is beneficial
- Experience in international process transitions is a plus
- Fluency in Italian / German is a plus
