Main responsibilities:
- Order Management (in SAP): Handle the full order lifecycle, ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing, and seamless fulfilment.
- Customer Support: Provide professional assistance to B2B clients, mainly in Polish.
- Order Tracking: Monitor order status throughout the process, communicate updates, and address potential delays proactively.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to support sales activities, improve customer retention, and enhance account satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work with production, logistics, finance, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Support / B2B Customer Service positions or a related commercial role in an international working environment
- Fluency in Polish and English
- User level in MS Office
- Proactive, eager to learn mindset
- Ability to work independently while actively collaborating with internal teams
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
