As a Customer Support Representative for the French market, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and shaping the overall customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding of new clients, including accurate processing of orders and documentation
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing timely updates and handling inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer issues end-to-end, from initial report to full closure
  • Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams
  • Support the Sales team during occasional client visits and selected marketing activities
  • Collect and report customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
  • Ensure accurate administration of customer data, orders, and documentation 

Required skills:

  • Advanced French language skills (C1–C2 level) and  fluent English proficiency 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a structured approach and respect for procedures
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
