Main responsibilities:
- Manage a customer portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Process and monitor customer orders in SAP with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain customer master data and coordinate orders, deliveries, and export documentation
- Prepare reports and analyses using SAP, Power BI, or Business Objects
- Monitor accounts receivable and support cash flow optimization
- Resolve issues through root-cause analysis in close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and audit activities
Required skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, accounts receivable/payable, cash collection, or related fields
- Excellent fluency in English and Italian
