Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customers and project opportunities (HVAC designers, contractors, investors)
  • Visit and support existing partners, providing technical advice and consultancy
  • Organize and deliver product presentations; participate in professional and industry events
  • Prepare quotations, support price negotiations, and assist in contract closures
  • Cooperate closely with internal technical and sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customers and projects in the CRM system and prepare regular reports

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of active B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition, relationship management, and solution-oriented sales in face-to-face meetings 
  • Background in the building or construction-related sector is required
  • Strong technical affinity and interest in HVAC solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel; valid category “B” driving license
  • Strong command of English
