Main responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers and project opportunities (HVAC designers, contractors, investors)
- Visit and support existing partners, providing technical advice and consultancy
- Organize and deliver product presentations; participate in professional and industry events
- Prepare quotations, support price negotiations, and assist in contract closures
- Cooperate closely with internal technical and sales teams
- Maintain accurate records of customers and projects in the CRM system and prepare regular reports
Required skills:
- Minimum 3 years of active B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition, relationship management, and solution-oriented sales in face-to-face meetings
- Background in the building or construction-related sector is required
- Strong technical affinity and interest in HVAC solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel; valid category “B” driving license
- Strong command of English
