Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and shaping the future of demand planning? We’re looking for a hands-on Demand Planner to join our multinational partner's team and play a key role in aligning supply and demand across their business.
Main responsibilities:
- Own demand forecasts and turn data into actionable business insights.
- Lead local planning discussions with Sales, Finance, and senior management.
- Balance supply and demand, supporting new product launches and phase-outs in line with business strategy.
- Analyze market trends, promotions, and historical sales to drive better business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and proactively address demand challenges.
- Drive continuous improvements using planning tools such as RapidResponse, SAP, and Excel.
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders up to senior management level.
- Professional English proficiency and strong planning tool experience (RapidResponse, SAP, Excel; Power BI is a plus).
