Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles by thoughtfully reviewing resumes, having meaningful conversations with candidates, and navigating them smoothly through each step of the hiring process
  •  Build trusting relationships with both candidates and hiring teams
  •  Support managers by sharing guidance on giving feedback, shaping job offers, and identifying the skills that truly make someone successful in the role
  • Keep the applicant tracking system organised and up to date so everyone can enjoy a seamless hiring experience
  • Contribute ideas and help shape improvements to our recruitment process, creating an experience that feels thoughtful, personal, and efficient

Required skills:

  • Highly advanced German and good level of English skills - you will be closely working with German-speaking candidates and hiring managers daily
  • You have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment 
  • You demonstrate proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to manage expectations 
  • You are capable of working independently, effectively managing multiple competing priorities
