Main responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for high-complexity account reconciliations and prepare insightful variance analyses
- Review journals and reconciliations prepared by junior team members and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and support Junior Accountants, helping them grow their technical and analytical skills
- Prepare detailed audit schedules, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Handle intercompany transactions, fixed asset activities, and other key R2R tasks
- Identify areas for process enhancement and lead standardization or automation initiatives
- Escalate issues appropriately and work closely with the Team Lead on resolutions
Required skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in international environment
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of general ledger processes and controls
- Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP familiarity is a plus)
- Excellent command of English

- Strong communicator who can build effective relationships across teams
