 We’re looking for a German-speaking Payroll Specialist on behalf of our partner, a fast-growing international player in the tech and digital solutions space. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and supportive HR processes across multiple countries. You’ll join a collaborative HR team dedicated to providing high-quality service and creating an outstanding employee journey from start to finish. 

Main responsibilities:

As part of the Payroll & Benefits team, you will:
  • Drive end-to-end payroll and benefits processes across the region
  • Turn T&A data into accurate payroll inputs and handle all leave-related payments
  • Ensure compliance while administering key benefit programs
  • Reconcile payroll reports, tax filings, and contributions with precision
  • Manage invoicing and coordinate smoothly with external providers
  • Support employees with timely, empathetic guidance
  • Solve operational issues and help improve processes
  • Maintain top-tier accuracy, confidentiality, and HR service quality

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, or a service-focused role
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative, “let’s make it happen” approach
  • Strong communicator with a genuine passion for delivering excellent employee service
  • Excellent at prioritising, highly detail-oriented, and analytically sharp
  • Flexible and resilient, thriving in a fast-changing environment
