Main responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve accounting processes within the Shared Competence Center in Budapest.
- Handle document receipt and invoice processing.
- Process outgoing payments, reclaims, and corrections.
- Perform Accounts Payable closing and periodic tasks.
- Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external partners.
- Support senior colleagues and team leads in achieving objectives and targets.
Required skills:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a Shared Service Center.
- Strong understanding of AP processes and SAP FI (or other ERP systems).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Hungarian is a plus.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
- Demonstrated a continuous improvement mindset and strong communication skills.
