Main responsibilities:
- Manage your own customer portfolio, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction
- Process and monitor customer orders in SAP swiftly and accurately
- Create and maintain customer master data, keeping things organized and up to date
- Liaise daily with customers and internal teams about orders, deliveries, and export documentation
- Generate regular reports and analyses using SAP, Power BI or Business Objects to support decision-making
- Oversee accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and help optimize cash flow
- Investigate and solve issues with root-cause analysis, ensuring timely resolution
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance to guarantee efficient operations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and audit procedures
Required skills:
- Solid hands-on experience in order management, AR/AP, cash collection or similar areas
- Excellent fluency in English and Italian
- A systems-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills and full end-to-end responsibility
- Confidence using MS Office; knowledge of SAP, Power BI or Business Objects is a plus
