Our FMCG partner is looking for a Key Client Operations Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the driving force behind smooth, high-quality client operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operation of key client accounts
- Lead or contribute to product development and implementation initiatives
- Maintain accurate client master data and coordinate contract-related tasks
- Address unexpected daily challenges with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Set up new projects and maintain alignment across stakeholders
- Coordinate product sample requests and logistics
- Support internal production transition activities
- Prepare performance reports to drive client excellence and continuous improvement
Required skills:
- A College or University degree (logistics preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client coordination, logistics support, direct procurement, or commercial support - preferably within FMCG
- Fluent English
- Strong Excel skills
- Open, kind, proactive personality with a dedication to high-quality results
