Our FMCG partner is looking for a Key Client Operations Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the driving force behind smooth, high-quality client operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of key client accounts
- Leading or contributing to product development and implementation initiatives
- Managing accurate client master data and coordinating contract-related tasks
- Addressing unexpected daily challenges with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Setting up new projects and maintaining alignment across stakeholders
- Coordinating product sample requests and logistics
- Supporting internal production transition activities
- Preparing performance reports to drive client excellence and continuous improvement
Required skills:
- College or University degree (preferably in logistics)
- 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in: client coordination/logistics support/direct procurement/commercial support roles
- Fluent English
- Strong Excel skills
- Open, kind, proactive personality with a maximum-quality approach
Advantages:
